Planes Commercial Services (PCS), a Planes Company is seeking a driven Market Development Representative to help expand our presence in the Cincinnati market by developing new business relationships and generating commercial moving opportunities.

Position Summary:

This is a true business development role focused on identifying, prospecting, and securing new commercial moving and related service opportunities. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, developing relationships, generating leads, and closing new business within your assigned territory. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused position that offers significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional.

What You'll Do:

- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, canvassing, and outreach efforts.

- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, property managers, business leaders, and other key decision-makers.

- Manage and track leads, contacts, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.

- Conduct calls, meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective customers.

- Identify customer needs and develop solutions that align with PCS services.

- Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to develop proposals and close business.

- Present proposals, negotiate solutions, and secure new customer partnerships.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve activity and revenue goals.

- Represent Planes at industry associations, networking events, and community organizations.

Qualifications Required:

- 3+ years of successful B2B sales or business development experience with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the territory.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience selling commercial services, logistics, facilities services, relocation services, or related solutions.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
