Order Fulfillment Specialist

Virtual Vocations Inc

Owning the end-to-end order fulfillment process, the full-time remote Order Fulfillment Specialist will manage order flow from pharmacy receipt to patient delivery, drive down exception queues, and implement scalable workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee the entire order flow process, ensuring timely delivery to patients Diagnose and address root causes of order exceptions across various operational areas Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop automated solutions for order management and exception handling Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations with a focus on end-to-end process design Proven ability to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks effectively Experience in collaborating with Product/Engineering teams to create tooling requirements Strong cross-functional influence and ability to drive accountability across teams
