Responsibilities Support daily administrative operations for laboratory and technical teams Maintain training, certification, qualification, and compliance documentation Assist with reporting, proofreading, editing, and document distribution Support invoicing, quotes, customer communication, and audit preparation Track calibrated equipment, assignments, and due dates Organize and maintain large volumes of electronic and physical records Work with systems such as SAP, MS Office, Adobe, and other tracking databases Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and customers as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, coordinator, or office support experience required Excellent organizational, proofreading, and multitasking abilities Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with SAP, document control, records management, invoicing, or compliance support preferred Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, utility, engineering, or technical environments is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
