- Provide experienced, hands-on support across Benefits activities during a period of significant transformation and organizational change.
- The role will independently manage Benefits workstreams and complex transition-related activities, partnering with Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, external advisors and benefit vendors.
- The successful candidate will quickly understand the environment, take ownership of deliverables and drive activities independently, escalating issues appropriately with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Coordinate employee benefit transitions, vendor implementation, data validation and employee communications.
- Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies and key deliverables, proactively driving actions through to completion.
- Support US Benefits transformation initiatives, including retirement / 401(k) implementation and transition activities.
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, business/project teams, brokers and benefit vendors.
- Prepare concise status updates, identify risks and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.
- Independently manage Benefits workstreams arising from business transformation, organizational changes, workforce transitions and other complex projects.
- Provide hands-on support across the broader US Benefits portfolio as priorities require.
The hourly rate for this position is between $80 and $86 per hour.
