We’re hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a fast-growing utility construction crew. Work volume is strong, and this role requires travel between Ohio and Indiana based on project needs. $150/day per diem traveling!
What You’ll Do
- Support daily field operations as an active member of a construction crew
- Perform hands-on tasks as assigned by the Foreman or site leadership
- Complete ground-level labor using hand tools
- Safely operate various construction tools.
- Provide general job site support to ensure projects stay on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in telecommunications or utility construction is a plus
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
- Capable of lifting and moving materials and equipment
- Willingness to travel for projects as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a solid driving history over the past three years
- Hands-on familiarity with common construction power tools
- Able to take direction and work effectively under supervision
