Sr. Program Analyst (IMS)

In support of our customer, we are seeking senior-level Program Analysts with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols. General Responsibilities: Provide analytical support in any of the following disciplines: engineering, science, business, financial, cost, or program management, to include analysis, design, development, testing, integration, logistics, program management, cost, financial, or management analysis, or maintenance of systems, processes, programs, offices or products Develop and/or review acquisition documentation, program reports, papers, drawings, specifications, and procedures Specific Requirements: Integrate, coordinate, maintain, and provide current schedule activity information related to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/IMS Verify alignment of program IMSs to program documentation, to include the Work Breakdown Structure, IMP, and Statement of Work Use the approved IMP and IMS to identify gaps, determine program or schedule risks, develop alternative solutions, and provide a recommended path forward to resolve programmatic issues and/or concerns Promptly report problems and recommend corrective actions to minimize schedule delays Develop and deliver complete IMS Reports, to include 30/60/90 Outlooks, Variance Reports, Past-Due Reports; and Milestone snapshots Participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience Must hold and maintain an active Secret Clearance Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
