What You'll Do Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services and clinical operations. Champion a culture of excellence focused on quality resident care, safety, and satisfaction. Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a strong, engaged nursing team. Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff. Drive clinical outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident experiences. Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve organizational goals. Promote a positive workplace culture built on respect, communication, and continuous improvement.
