Flying Castle Composite Squadron

The Recruiting & Retention Officer is responsible for bringing new members into the squadron and keeping current members engaged, active, and fulfilled . This officer develops outreach strategies, manages onboarding, supports member development, and ensures the squadron maintains a healthy, sustainable membership pipeline. We have a team of 4 Cadets who help with this position that you will be mentoring as well. This is probably one of the most fun teams we have within our squadron!
