Operations Assistant Manager

To support operational excellence, the fully remote Assistant Manager-Operations will manage overall account performance and financial profits by coaching and developing Senior Supervisors to ensure successful day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Senior Supervisors Review operating statistics to ensure client and organizational goals are met in service quality and timeliness Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and company profitability Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field, including 1 year in management Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications Basic financial analysis skills, such as cost-effectiveness and cost-benefit analysis
