Responsibilities include selling life and health insurance policies to new and existing clients, conducting needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients, assisting clients with claims and policy changes, developing and maintaining client relationships to foster long-term trust, staying updated on industry trends and new product offerings, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications include a state insurance license for life and health insurance, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to understand and explain complex insurance products, sales experience preferably in insurance, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and proficiency with insurance agency software.
