Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

New grads welcome $10,000.00 sign-on bonus. We have been engaged by one of our clients in central Washington to recruit Respiratory Therapists for their growing team. Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with respiratory conditions including but not limited to COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
• Administer various respiratory therapies such as oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and home care techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to respiratory interventions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. BLS and ACLS certifications.
