OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Pelham, NH by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Become part of a driver-first team based in Pelham, NH, running OTR dry van freight nationwide. You'll be assigned solo long-haul runs in modern trucks under three years old, equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, with dependable in-house maintenance support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely transport dry van freight on long-haul routes and meet scheduled deliveries.
• Keep accurate logs and paperwork; perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate routing and address delays or equipment needs.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety and cargo securement standards.

Qualifications & Highlights:

• CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Mileage pay begins at 65 CPM, typical weekly miles around 2,500, plus safety and referral bonuses.
