We are seeking a dependable Farmers Insurance Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, allowing you to build client relationships while helping them understand their coverage options. No insurance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and 100% paid licensing assistance to help you build a successful career in the insurance industry. • Starting pay of $16.00 per hour with a $1.00 per hour raise for each insurance license earned

Personal Workspace

• Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients
• Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts
• Update client information and policy records
• Issue insurance documentation, including certificates of insurance and ID cards
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Educate clients on coverage options and insurance solutions

• Must be able to pass a background check
• No prior insurance experience required
• Dependable with a caring, client-focused attitude
• Self-starter with a positive work ethic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic typing and computer skills
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses with agency support
