Senior Operations Consultant

Resolving day‑to‑day complex problems Researching and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s) Leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within project management methodologies Managing projects and directing activities of a team related to special initiatives Advising as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives Building relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business Managing and defining responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Analytical & Research Skills Process improvement Critical thinking Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Time management abilities Must be able to multitask and work well within a team setting Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting or leading project management activities Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Operations, or a related function Prior people management experience or demonstrated experience leading teams, projects, or cross‑functional initiatives.
