Responsibilities Spend approximately 85% of your day taking inbound calls from patients located in Boise and Twin Falls. Investigate and clearly explain how insurance claims were processed and why specific charges may not have been covered. Resolve patient disputes regarding insurance denials and complex medical coding. Negotiate and establish payment plans to efficiently collect outstanding balances. Complete an in-depth onboarding program featuring comprehensive e-learning modules and instructor-led courses.
