Allegiant Staffing is now hiring for Site Coordinators, for an internal position at one of our multiple client sites across the United States . As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting client projects and creating a successful, controlled, safe and friendly environment for all of our employees. Must be willing to relocate!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients (e.g. employees, coworkers, clients and corporate staff)
• Maintain safety and ensure that the policies and procedures of Allegiant are met
• Provide support to employees by creating a pleasant and welcoming environment
• Ensure that all employee work issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain the corporate vehicle, through safe operation, cleaning and repair
• Ensure that the housing is clean and in a good state of repair
• Assist corporate with employee retention, attendance, orientation and coaching
• Provide constant communication with corporate office and with clients on employee job related issues
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license
• Previous experience working in customer service or a supervisory position preferred
• Be Spanish/English bilingual and have effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Multi-task skills; can handle stressful situations
• Computer proficiency with typing, email and Microsoft Office programs
• Professional attitude with a "can-do" attitude
• Skills in basic housing and vehicle maintenance
• Clean driving record
• Pass all DOT physical testing
