Registered Nurse (RN II) – Resource Pool Resource Pool - RN - Full Time / Days (36 Hour) Days Shift; 7A-7P x3 shifts/week with rotating weekends, holidays, no on call Work location: Texas Health HEB: 1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, TX 76022 Department Highlights Resource Pool Specialty Nurse Floating between Observation, PCU/CSU, and Med Surg units Education Nursing Diploma (nursing) required Associate's Degree Nursing required Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Experience 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required Licenses and Certifications RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (if required for float dept) 90 days required CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 days required NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification 60 days required What You Will Do Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
