Program Manager, LICSW/LMHC – North Suffolk Community Services Inc. Location: Revere, Massachusetts, United States. Remote work available. Full time. Immediate start. The role is assigned to the Children’s After School Program (CASP). Job Summary Responsible for leading the CASP, supporting clinical staff, coordinating therapeutic activities for children aged 6–13 with emotional or mental health needs, ensuring program quality, and maintaining communication with parents and external agencies. Responsibilities Oversee all milieu activities. Provide leadership, supervision, and evaluation of program staff. Assist the clinician in creating psychosocial assessments and treatment plans. Connect with parents to provide progress updates. Manage risk issues concerning staff and children. Evaluate training needs and implement staff development. Represent program at Department of Mental Health and related meetings. Qualifications Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field. Licensure: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) required. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Experience working with children with behavior problems or serious emotional disturbances. Preferred: Experience in therapeutic after-school settings, day treatment, or residential programs. Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and minimum 3‑year driving history. CPR and First Aid certification required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
