The Role

As a Senior Tax Associate or Tax Supervisor , you will play a key role in preparing and reviewing tax engagements, supporting client relationships, and mentoring junior staff members.

You’ll work closely with managers and partners while gaining exposure to a broad range of clients and increasing responsibility as you continue to grow within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
• Work closely with clients to provide responsive, high-quality service
• Research tax issues and assist with tax planning strategies
• Mentor and support associates and staff accountants
• Collaborate with managers and partners on client engagements and deliverables
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value to clients
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for a variety of entity types
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Desire to grow long-term within a highly respected regional firm
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
