School Nurse (RN/LPN) - Henrico, VA | 2026-2027 School Year | Full-Time

We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse (RN/LPN) to join a supportive school district in Henrico, VA. This is a full-time, school-based position supporting the health, safety, and well-being of students across a variety of age groups in a collaborative educational environment.

Job Details:
• Location: Henrico, VA
• Position Type: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Caseloads: Multiple openings (K-12 opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and first aid
• Monitor and manage student health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, allergies)
• Develop and implement Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs) and support IEP/504 plans
• Maintain accurate health records, documentation, and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Respond to medical emergencies and ensure a safe school environment
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school

Qualifications:
• Active VA Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, or clinical settings (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
