Calise & Sons Bakery is seeking a Food Safety Manager in Lincoln, Rhode Island, to lead a team ensuring the highest food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include overseeing food safety activities, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with regulations (AIB, RIDOH, FDA), and managing a team of food safety personnel. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in the food and beverage industry, a relevant degree, and familiarity with GFSI and HACCP standards. Spanish is a plus.
