About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership across multiple projects, ensuring that all activities are in line with the established schedule and budget. This role requires a professional with a strong background in multifamily construction, capable of managing a significant portfolio of properties. The Vice President will be expected to have a hands-on approach, overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintaining a high standard of quality and service. Applicants for the Vice President of Property Management position at the company should have a 4-year degree in real estate, business management, or a related field, with an IREM Certified Property Management (CPM) designation preferred. A minimum of 5 years of multi-property experience at the RM level, and at least 3 years at the Vice President/Executive level, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a large portfolio of properties, with experience in both third-party and internal ownership structures. Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and the ability to create detailed proposals and presentations are essential. The role demands a professional who is proficient in Word and Excel, and who can communicate effectively in various settings.
