The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership across multiple projects, ensuring that all activities are in line with the established schedule and budget. This role requires a professional with a strong background in multifamily construction, capable of managing a significant portfolio of properties. The Vice President will be expected to have a hands-on approach, overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintaining a high standard of quality and service. Applicants for the Vice President of Property Management position at the company should have a 4-year degree in real estate, business management, or a related field, with an IREM Certified Property Management (CPM) designation preferred. A minimum of 5 years of multi-property experience at the RM level, and at least 3 years at the Vice President/Executive level, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a large portfolio of properties, with experience in both third-party and internal ownership structures. Strong skills in budgeting, financial analysis, and the ability to create detailed proposals and presentations are essential.
