Please only apply if these requirements are agreeable to you.ObjectiveWe are seeking a full-time Project Engineer with a strong industrial manufacturing background to support a multi-year factory transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing small-to-medium capital and operational projects within an active manufacturing environment over the next 2–3 years. The ideal candidate will have experience managing industrial projects, plant layout changes, equipment installations, and cross-functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesManage complex factory transformation projectsManage the implementation of a new plant layout / plant transformationOrganize project teams and assigning individual responsibilitiesDevelop project scope, schedules, and cost estimatesDetermine resource and contracting requirementsMonitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffingEnsure adherence to internal and external quality standardsIdentify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budgetIntegrate vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
