Werden Sie Mitglied eines innovativen und hoch motivierten Teams und tragen Sie zum Ausbau von Medtronics Portfolio im Bereich Neuromodulation bei. Diese Position umfasst die Region Nordost, unter anderem mit den Stdten Hamburg, Berlin und Hannover und ist daher eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primrer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Fr Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office in Meerbusch erforderlich sein. Fr diese Stelle besteht eine einrichtungsbezogene Impfpflicht. Aus diesem Grund ist eine vollstndige Masernimpfung Voraussetzung fr die Besetzung der offenen Position.
Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
- Eigenverantwortliches Vorantreiben der kommerziellen Verkaufsaktivitten fr die zugewiesenen "Neuro Key Accounts" fr den gesamten Bereich Neuromodulation (BrainModulation, PainStim, TDD):
- Erreichen der Umsatzziele
- Identifikation und Entwicklung der Accountpotentiale
- Accountplanning in Lightning (Update mind. 1 mal pro Monat)
- Priorisierung der Accountaktivitten (z.B. Marketingstrategie, IHS Projekte)
- Projektmanagement (z.B. bei Zuweiser- und IHS Projekten)
- Gewinnung von definierten Wettbewerbskunden
- Beratung hinsichtlich Produktnutzung und -spezifikationen
- Angebots- und Vertragserstellung
- Entwicklung der auf Wachstum ausgelegten Account Taktik, basierend auf der Business Strategie und Verantwortung fr die Umsetzung auf Account Ebene
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Team mit den verantworlichen Therapie Sales Spezialist/innen bei der Umsetzung der Accountziele
- Bilaterale, proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing, KAM und SAM -Team und Umsetzung von Taktiken inklusive Vorbereitung und Durchfhrung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit im Vertriebsteam und mit dem Marketingteam, z.B. in Bezug auf Veranstaltungen mit Kunden (Fortbildungen, Symposien, Kundenausbildung etc.)
- Erstellung von Sales Forecasts fr die "Neuro Key Accounts"
- Gezieltes Beziehungsmanagment mit den klinischen und nicht klinischen Stakeholdern
- Dokumentation mittels CRM System (aktuell Salesforce Lightning) einschlielich Pflege der Kundendaten
- Pflege des eigenen Inventars (Car Stock) und der Konsignationslger der "Neuro Key Accounts" in Zusammenarbeit mit den Therapie Sales Spezialist/innen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung im Bereich Reimbursement und Governmental Affairs
Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:
- Strategisches Denken & Handeln
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung
- Ausgeprgte technische und medizinische Affinitt
- Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsstrke und Souvernitt bei Verkaufsgesprchsfhrungen sowie Einwandsbehandlungen
- Sicheres Auftreten, Verbindlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewutsein
- Flexibilitt, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit mit proaktiver Handlungsweise und Vertriebsaffinitt
- Routiniert im Umgang mit Tools zur Vertrags- und Angebotserstellung, CRM-Systemen
- Aktive Kooperation im Team (z. B. Informationsfluss) und Integritt
- Ausgeprgte Reisebereitschaft (circa 75%, tgliche Touren) mit der Bereitschaft zu bernachtungstouren
- Wohnort in oder nahe der beschriebenen Region
- Gltiger Fhrerschein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
