New Steakhouse General Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits to lead a brand-new steakhouse, opening in early 2027 in Naples, FL. Operated by a leading hospitality group, this concept blends fine dining with a lively lounge atmosphere, creating memorable guest experiences and fostering strong team culture.

General Manager Benefits & Compensation

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Must be willing to relocate full time to Naples, FL and train out of state for a few weeks.
Minimum 5–10 years of upscale restaurant management experience, including senior leadership roles in a high-volume fine dining environment.
Proven experience with steakhouse, chophouse, or upscale dining concepts.
Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of new restaurant openings.
Experience leading teams of 100+ employees in restaurants with projected annual sales of $5M.
Strong P&L management skills and success meeting financial targets.
Availability to work at least 6 days a week for the first three months after opening, transitioning to 6 days in peak season.
Willingness and ability to travel for initial training prior to restaurant opening.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team.
Drive outstanding service and maintain luxury hospitality standards.
Manage restaurant P&L, budgets, forecasting, and inventory to achieve growth and profitability.
Partner closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure quality and consistency.
Build partnerships within the local community to enhance the restaurant's market presence.
Lead by example and champion a culture of accountability, communication, and team engagement.
