Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.

Duration: 6-12+ months Roles & Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with significant experience delivering Salesforce-based initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including integrations and platform enhancements projects.
- Proven success leading large-scale, high-intensity projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing Agile delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and complex timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Must Have
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, from project initiation through execution and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management, ensuring delivery on time and within scope and budget.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
- Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data-related initiatives.
- Apply Agile methodologies to drive execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively driving resolution and escalation when needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution across technical and business workstreams.
- Deliver clear, concise executive-level communications, including status reports, budget updates, roadmap reviews, and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing best practices, optimizing delivery processes, and improving execution velocity in a fast-moving environment.
Additional Plus
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.
