The Clinical Laboratory Manager will oversee a full-service laboratory supporting inpatient and outpatient testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, pathology support, specimen processing, and phlebotomy services. This leader will help drive quality assurance initiatives, regulatory compliance, process improvement efforts, and daily operational excellence. The Manager of Laboratory Services will play an important role in ensuring accurate and efficient laboratory services that directly support patient care and physician satisfaction.
Reporting to senior laboratory and hospital leadership, the Laboratory Department Manager will lead a dedicated team of laboratory professionals within a highly collaborative clinical environment. This role will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, accreditation readiness, and employee mentorship while partnering closely with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
