I opened my agency in 2025 after spending six years on Wall Street, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and risk management into agency ownership. I’m a graduate of Cornell University and have traveled to more than 50 countries, experiences that shaped my perspective and appreciation for long-term planning and meaningful relationships. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Fernando Cevallos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
