We're looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Manager who thrives wearing multiple hats in a start-up environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building campaigns, creating content, managing events, and helping drive company growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Position Summary The Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and performance of DaVinci's marketing efforts across digital, events, email, social media, public relations, and product marketing. This person will work closely with leadership, sales, customer success, and product teams to generate awareness, support revenue growth, and strengthen the DaVinci brand. This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategy with hands-on execution. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with company goals Plan and manage quarterly marketing initiatives and campaign calendars Track KPIs and report on marketing performance Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and lead generation Content Marketing Create compelling content across multiple channels including: Blogs Customer success stories Product announcements Website copy Maintain consistent messaging and brand voice Social Media Own DaVinci's social media strategy Create and schedule organic content Write engaging captions and thought leadership posts Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms Track engagement and audience growth Email Marketing & Marketing Automation Build and manage email campaigns Create automated workflows and nurture campaigns Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Continuously optimize email performance Website Management Maintain and update company websites Publish new landing pages Improve SEO Trade Shows & Events Plan and execute company participation in: National conferences State association trade shows Coordinate webinars and virtual events Manage registrations Create promotional assets Coordinate speakers Develop follow-up campaigns Assist with podcast promotion and production scheduling Product Marketing Partner with Development and Sales to: Launch new products and features Create product messaging Produce one-pagers, presentations, and demo assets Public Relations & Communications Write press releases Coordinate media opportunities Manage award submissions Build industry partnerships Develop and maintain: Product sheets Brand Management Maintain consistency across: Visual identity Messaging Marketing materials Digital assets Company presentations Analytics & Reporting Monitor and report on: Website traffic Social media metrics Campaign ROI Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3–6+ years of marketing experience Strong writing and communication skills Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Experience with email marketing platforms Experience with social media management Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments Preferred Experience with: HubSpot or similar CRM Mailchimp WordPress Google Analytics Video marketing Self-storage, SaaS, or technology industries #J-18808-Ljbffr DaVinci Solutions
