This is a high-impact role where you’ll own how we show up in the market—balancing long-term brand development with highly targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) that moves key accounts forward.What You’ll Do:Shape Our Voice & Campaign StrategyDevelop and own a cohesive messaging framework for Sensus Gas solutionsLead integrated marketing campaigns that balance brand awareness with ongoing customer nurtureMeasure and optimize campaign performance, focusing on what truly drives resultsDrive Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Design and execute targeted ABM programs for high-value accountsLeverage insights and data to deliver personalized, high-impact messagingPartner closely with sales to align marketing efforts with account strategiesOwn Our Digital PresenceManage and optimize gas-related content across our websiteLead SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategiesEnsure alignment and consistency across Sensus and enterprise brandingLead Events & Media EngagementOwn strategy and execution for key industry eventsIdentify and secure speaking opportunities; manage content developmentBuild relationships with industry media and drive positive coverageBuild a Scalable Content EngineCreate and operationalize a sustainable content development processDrive production of high-quality thought leadership and technical contentManage the full lifecycle of marketing assets—from creation to distributionStay Ahead of the CurveMonitor trends, tools, and best practices in B2B marketingContinuously refine programs based on data, insights, and competitive intelligenceWhat You’ll Bring:5 plus years of experience in B2B marketing or marketing communicationsProven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaignsExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strongly preferredStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills—both strategic and detail-orientedAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionExperience with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Familiarity with SEO/GEO and website content managementExperience in events, PR, or media relations is an assetA collaborative approach and comfort working in a matrixed organization#LI-JO2Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
