Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Assistance Plus is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their growing team!The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will have the primary responsibility of providing psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management to individuals with behavioral health needs. The PMHNP will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care to adults, children, and/or adolescents in an outpatient setting. Additionally, the PMHNP will support individuals with an identified Opioid Use Disorder.
