Responsibilities Assist with organizing event schedules, task lists, and preparation timelines. Coordinate event materials, promotional displays, and other required supplies. Help prepare event spaces and ensure materials are arranged according to established plans. Support attendee registration, greeting, and general event inquiries. Communicate with team members to confirm responsibilities and provide updates on event preparations. Monitor event activities and help address routine logistical needs as they arise. Assist with setup, breakdown, and organization of event equipment and materials. Maintain accurate records of event details, supply needs, and completed tasks. Gather feedback from team members and attendees to help improve future events. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during event activities. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Clear communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
