Business Development Manager

Own market development and partner outreach within assigned territories Drive prospect engagement and support multi-site deal execution Collaborate with leadership to support go-to-market strategies Set and execute territory strategies to drive partner acquisition across key markets Build and nurture relationships with property groups, asset managers, and portfolio owners Manage a high-volume pipeline with support from internal marketing and operations teams Close long-term agreements that create strategic value and unlock revenue opportunities Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth handoffs and implementation Share market intelligence on landlord priorities, competitive trends, and partner needs Requirements 3-6 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, commercial real estate sales, or a related field Experience developing relationships with property owners, operators, asset managers, or real estate decision-makers Proven ability to manage a pipeline, lead outreach, and close partnership or sales agreements Familiarity with office, multifamily, retail, or commercial real estate markets such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Chicago Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor value propositions to different stakeholders Comfortable operating in early-stage and scaling environments with high performance expectations Experience using a CRM; previous experience with HubSpot is preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in business development and strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate sector, with a strong focus on relationship building and pipeline management. Proven ability to execute territory strategies and close long-term agreements that drive revenue growth.
