Clinical Analyst

Position Purpose Responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit, handling complex data projects and leading other Data Analysts. This role blends technical analytics with strong business partnership, supporting clinical and operational teams through actionable data solutions. Key Responsibilities Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple system platforms and sources. Review data to determine operational impacts, identify trends, and recommend actions; elevate issues and opportunities to management. Develop reports and deliverables for management using Power BI, MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other data warehouse analytical tools. Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis. Assist with training and mentoring of other Data Analysts. Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards. Qualifications & Experience 4+ years of statistical or data analysis experience. Power BI experience, including building dashboards and data models from source data, strongly preferred. SQL coding experience with the ability to extract and validate data from source systems, strongly preferred. Healthcare analytics experience, particularly with clinical or authorization-related data, strongly preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation, strongly preferred. Demonstrated analytical and trend analysis skills with the ability to identify insights, issues, and opportunities for improvement, strongly preferred. Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience may substitute for educational requirements. Work Schedule This role primarily supports Eastern Time hours. Pay Range $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year.
