Cleaning and storing dishes and plateware properly.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness of the dish machine, wash sinks, and hand sinks.Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at work station and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery and ticket times.Good communication skills, and teamwork. Organized and with a sense of urgency.Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves. Handles, stores, and rotates all equipment to standards.Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standardsPerform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, or manager.RequirementsMust be able to stand well placed mobility for up to 4 hours in length.Ability to carry 0-40 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift.Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detailAbility to remain calm in a fast-paced environmentMust be organized and self-motivatedRequires grasping. Standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing ability, and visual acuity through out the shift.
