Regional Sales Manager

. Develop and manage the regional sales strategy across North American automotive markets to ensure sustainable growth and long-term market positioning, through identify growth segments, market trends, and competitive dynamics 2. Aligns regional sales activities with global strategy and ensures effective collaboration across functions and teams, through support implementation of global strategic initiatives and develop regional sales teams where applicable 3. Ensures execution of regional sales operations and performance tracking, through lead forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning processes 4. Manage and leading long-term strategic relationships with major automotive customers to drive loyalty and commercial success, through lead commercial and contractual negotiations and manage escalations and critical project situations 5. Manage Customer satisfaction, through continue improvement of customer communication and understanding 6. Manage and ensure of HC Capacity for Sales, through continue monitoring and adjustment of workload to ensure all Sales goals

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum educational requirement: commercial or technical studies or comparable qualification Hard Skills: relevant professional experience in the automotive industry Tier1 or OEM.
