Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly

uardian Angel Home Care is seeking an experienced DME & Medical Supplies Supervisor to oversee and streamline our durable medical equipment and supply operations across all locations nationwide.

This is a key operational and marketing role responsible for ensuring our clinicians and patients have timely access to the equipment and supplies they need, while managing field outreach, compliance, cost efficiency, and strong vendor relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Over see all DME operations across multiple states

Manage ordering, tracking, and distribution of medical supplies for all offices nationwide

Coordinate with clinicians, office staff, and vendors to e nsure timely delivery and setup

Maintain and build relationships with DME and supply vendors

Ens ure compliance with Medicare, insurance, and regulatory guidelines

Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to prevent shortages or delays

Review costs and identify opportu nities to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or supply issues in real-time

Develop and standardize processes across all locat ions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in DME, home health, or medical supply coordination (required)
• Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and documentation for DME
• Proven, heavy background in DME operations and medical supply management
• Experience working across multiple locations or regions
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with both clinical and administrative teams
