Manager Clinical Supply Systems

Regeneron seeks a Clinical Supply Systems Manager to oversee Interactive Response Technology systems supporting clinical trials across multiple hybrid locations. The role involves managing IRT study support from protocol requirements through trial closeout, coordinating with clinical and supply teams, and ensuring vendor performance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IRT study-team support from protocol requirements through conduct and closeout phases
• Oversee vendor functionality, processes and performance through routine meetings and issue resolution
• Manage deployment timelines and application launches with internal teams and external vendors
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, randomisation uploads and training material development
• Present IRT functionality and requirements at investigator meetings and clinical research associate training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or eight years equivalent professional experience
• Four years biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience, including two years with IRT systems
• Clinical-trial IRT development experience and protocol interpretation knowledge
• ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Leadership, negotiation, mentoring and coaching capabilities
• Project management, problem-solving, multitasking and organisational skills

Compensation: $114,800–$187,400 annually
