What you’ll do in this hands-on Human Resources Generalist: Support all HR functions, including Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment Assist with staffing: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Develop and coordinate employee relations programs and plant activities Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality Administer benefits and support employee inquiries Engage in community activities to help build a positive local presence.
