Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities and equipment at our production plant. In this role, you will lead a technician team, maximize equipment uptime, and uphold strict safety and workplace compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of processing machinery, packaging lines, and conveyors to minimize downtime. Facility Oversight: Manage plant infrastructure, including refrigeration, utilities, and building structures, while coordinating with external contractors. Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities strictly align with regulatory laws and food safety standards. Budget & Inventory: Manage the department budget, track expenses, and control spare parts inventory cost-effectively. Data Tracking: Maintain detailed records of work orders, equipment history, and performance metrics. #LI-RM1
