Family Medicine Physician

Overview

Dedicated Family Medicine Physicians are needed at Sturdy Health to provide primary care in Mansfield, North Attleboro, Plainville, and Rehoboth, Massachusetts. The role involves delivering exceptional healthcare across all age groups with flexible, patient‑centric schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through same‑day or scheduled appointments in a well‑established family practice.
• Develop longitudinal relationships with patients and adopt a proactive, preventative medicine approach.
• Perform a range of procedures including injections, women’s health services, MAT, OMT, and other general practice tasks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with medical, surgical, and specialty colleagues.
• Grow as a clinician by learning from new colleagues and advancing within the organization.

Requirements

• Board‑eligible or Board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine & Pediatrics.
• Passion for primary care across all ages and comfort caring for multigenerational families.
• Current medical license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one.
