About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Divisional Lead for Property and Casualty Insurance. This role is ideal for a high-performing, entrepreneurial producer with a strong desire for ownership, leadership, and leaving a legacy in the industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a division or a specific geography, with a focus on team building, growth, and regaining control of their career trajectory. The role is initially hands-on, with an emphasis on trading and developing new business, and is geared towards individuals who are ambitious, have a successful track record, and are ready to make a significant impact. Applicants for this role should be naturally suited to a hands-on, growth-oriented position and be prepared to take on the responsibility of mentoring and developing a team. The ideal candidate will have a clear 10-year plan and be able to demonstrate how they will make the first three years a success.
