Registered Dental Hygienist ($65-$73/hr + Bonus)

Key Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, PMs, and SRPs. Take digital X‑Rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Administer local anesthesia for preventative procedures as certified. Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and accurately chart findings. Deliver adjunct preventative treatments in alignment with our practice's philosophy. Uphold the highest standards of sterilization and infection control. Collaborate effectively with the clinical and business teams to ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience. Qualifications A valid California RDH license is required. Must hold a Local Anesthesia certification. Excellent communication skills with a passion for educating patients. A motivated self‑starter who is eager to learn and grow. Coachable and dedicated to meeting professional and office goals. Experience with dental lasers is preferred but not required.
