Hospice RN Case Manager — Compassionate Care Leader

Procare-Hospice-of-Nevad in Las Vegas, NV seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide direct palliative care within an approved plan of care. You will triage emergencies, coordinate with the hospice team, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered services in a home or facility setting. The role requires NV RN licensure, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work with families facing terminal illness.
