About This Role We are looking for a Mainline Trench Operator to join our team in Sumner, WA. Compensation Hourly pay: $34.60–$59.75 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities Excavate around existing utilities with precision. Clean and maintain the equipment properly. Follow job specifications and company policies. Comply with safety procedures on and off the project site. Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a mainline trench operator with excavator and backhoe. CDL license required. Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
