An exciting opportunity is available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) to provide essential support in high school and charter school settings. This contract-to-hire position offers immediate start and is set to run through November, with strong potential for extension. Working approximately 25 hours per week, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students while covering multiple staff leaves.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy highly preferred
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Ability to conduct speech/language therapy sessions and, if SLP, perform evaluations as needed
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work across multiple schools and collaborate with diverse educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language services to students in high school and charter school environments
• Provide therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals and state standards
• Conduct evaluations (for licensed SLPs)
• Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress
• Complete required documentation in a timely, accurate manner
• Adapt to changing schedules and needs as you cover various leaves
