People Operations Manager - Global Mobility and Compliance

Planet’s People Operations team seeks a driven manager to lead US immigration, EOR operations, and global mobility from our Arlington, VA office in a hybrid setup. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and People Business Partners to ensure compliance and scalable processes. With 4+ years in HR/People Operations across countries, you’ll implement HRIS initiatives, manage US multi-state labor law changes, and strengthen vendor relationships while building documentation and SOPs for a #J-18808-Ljbffr Planet
