Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the store.
- Manage inventory of ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies.
- Customer service
- Order stock as needed.
- Maintain a well keeped work environment
- Open and close the shop according to procedures.
- Creating and managing the schedule for all other team members.
Skills
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Good leader and excellent team motivator.
- Proficient in organizational tasks.
- Experience in training staff members.
- Knowledge of sales management.
- Friendly toward clients.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers.
- Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices.
Hours
- Must be available to work weekend and monday
- Around 25-35 hours a week
- Store hours are 11am-10pm everyday
