We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing Associate who will play a key role in supporting marketing administration, business strategy, and campaign execution while also assisting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with business meetings, presentations, and data analysis to drive sales and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates interested in consulting, IVD, medical devices, or healthcare marketing, and those who are looking to gain strategic and operational experience in a high-growth industry. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain landing pages across product lines under direction of management Implement and QA conversion tracking, GA4 events, and tagging for new campaigns and page launches. Execute automation workflows: nurture sequences, lead routing rules, and CRM data hygiene. Support attribution/funnel dashboard maintenance and reporting. Assist with landing page test builds (variant creation, QA before launch). Support marketing campaign execution across digital, social, email, and paid advertising. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for content development. Assist in managing marketing budgets, reporting KPIs, and optimizing performance. Conduct competitive analysis and market research in at-home diagnostic testing. Assist in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for e-commerce, distributors, and partnerships. Support outreach to corporate wellness programs, telehealth providers, and employer groups. Assist the COO with business meetings, presentations, and key strategic discussions. Prepare data analysis reports, business insights, and competitive intelligence to support decision-making. Develop marketing materials, white papers, and sales presentations for executive meetings. Support business planning and growth strategies to drive sales and marketing initiatives. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing or related field of study or equivalent work experience. Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. Must be a self-starter who is proactive, takes full responsibility for outcomes, and meets tight deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge different professional cultures. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Displays natural curiosity, with a strong desire to learn and solve complex problems; can identify patterns and ‘connect the dots’ to drive successful outcomes with high impact. Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a company. Must be able to work on-site in our Gardena laboratory/office. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 2 or more years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or marketing. Experience or interest in the healthcare/biotech/diagnostic laboratory industry. Bilingual (English/Korean) is preferred to facilitate communication with HQ but not required. SCHEDULE 9:00 AM to 5:30PM Flexibility is required for occasional late-evening or early-morning calls with international counterparts. The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
