• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Last patient at 4:15 PM)
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: IL State license, BC in Internal Medicine or Endocrinology, BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide outpatient endocrine care for adult patients with common conditions such as thyroid disorders, diabetes, and pituitary issues
• Perform thyroid FNAs and other minor procedures
• Review and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Collaborate with support staff including RN, diabetes educator, dietitian, and APP
• Manage a patient load of approximately 12–15 adults and geriatrics
• Document patient encounters using EPIC EMR system
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment

What You Need:

• MD or DO with BC in Endocrinology (preferred)
• Illinois medical license or eligibility
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work solo with support
